A west-facing limestone estate, set quietly into a private pecan grove on a hilltop above Lake Travis. Designed by Cornerstone Architects in 2019 and finished with a level of patience now rare in the corridor — wide-plank rift-sawn white oak, Calacatta marble cut from a single block, and a great room oriented to a 280° view of the main basin.

The grounds carry their own quiet program: a walled motor court, a fifty-foot infinity-edge pool aligned to the sunset, two outdoor living rooms, and a deeded path to the lake with a private two-slip boat house. The pecan grove itself, planted by the original owner in 1972, frames the approach — a gift, really, that no new construction can buy.
